How does Track 3 Diabetes Management Tracker work?
Track3 is easy to use. These are some example screens to show how easy it is look up nutrition information and generate detailed reports.
Look Up Nutrition From the Main Menu, select Food as the option. Here you can lookup and log food items, add new food items that are not in the database and calculate nutrition content for recipes. In this example, select Lookup, Log Food. In the Search Screen, you can search by generic name, by restaurant/brand name or search within favorite foods list. We will search for "milk" in the generic option by typing the word and pressing Enter. The search results show all items with the word "milk" in them. Select non-fat milk and press Enter. The nutrition informaiton for non-fat milk is shown. You can change the serving size by entering a number in "Serv". The nutrition information for the new serving size will be calculated. The "i" button will show what a serving size means. Glucose Exception Report
You can generate a number of reports in Track3 to track your progress. One such report is the Glucose Exception Report.
The Glucose Exception report gives the number of readings for a date range that are within target, higher than target, and below target. You can click on the details button to give more detailed information about the readings. The range for glucose values is set using the Setup option on Track 3 Diabetes Management Tracker.
